NJ Employer Roundtable – New TDI/FLI Job Restoration Requirements - Whippany

New Jersey's recent expansion of Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) and Family Leave Insurance (FLI) under P.L. 2025, c.279 introduced job restoration requirements that are raising leave administration and compliance questions for employers across the state. EANJ is hosting a series of employer roundtables to hear how this will impact your organization and bring those concerns directly to our legislators. 

Each session will include a brief overview of the statutory changes followed by open discussion. Seating is limited to 25-30 employers per session.
